Default Accessory fuse XJ?

Hi everyone Im new to this forum so if i posted in the wrong section please pardon me.

i recently got a 94 jeep cherokee 4 litre. i have big plans for it. first i decided to throw in my Kenwood KDC x597 stereo out of my truck, which i did yesterday, after wiring it it turned on fine and the sound was good. i then disconnected the harness from the deck today, as i wanted to install my amp and sub. after i finished that and plugging it back in, the deck doesn't power on anymore! it ejects cd's so i figured its the acessory wire, and after i tested with a multimeter, that seemed like its the issue. the constant wire is getting around 14 volts and the acessory wire is only getting 0.02 or 0.03 if that, could be the multimeter acting up. I checked the radio fuse (the 15 amp one) and it was fine, but i couldnt find an accessory fuse anywhere? is here such thing with these jeeps? besides that, could there be anything i am missing? thanks

is the Accessory/Ignition wire supposed to run directly to the fuse box? This is so confusing as everything was working fine yesterday.

this wasnt anything to do with the amp.. it was the accessory wire to the stereo that wasnt get power. turns out the cigar lighter fuse was broken. replaced and it boom worked. i guess this fuse is the same as ACC fuse or whatever people refer to it as

Its not a accesory fuse its constant or switched 12 volt fuse. Cigarette liter would be switched at least on my 89 it is.
