AC relay
I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 and the ac clutch and electric fan stopped working and a check engine light came on for fan relay circuit. I read that the power for the fan and fan relay go through the ac relay so with both not working I am going with a bad ac relay. However I can not locate it. I found the fan relay in the fuse/ relay box under the hood but no ac relay. Does anyone have any information that might help me on this? Thanks.

The PDC (fuse & relay box) is in the engine bay and the relays that you are looking for are on the left (looking from passenger side); the cooling fan relay is the second relay in (left to right) in the first row and the A/C relay is the third relay in (left to right).
