Hey all I have an 88 and the AC compressor is leaking and the bearings are going bad because it whines like crazy. I don't want to replace the compressor because the rest of the system has additional problems. I have not been able to find an AC delete in a junk yard or the internet so I was wondering if I could just replace the bearings, disconnect the hoses and such and call it good?
