AC Conversion Problems
 

I went and bought the kit to convert my 89 waggy over to 134 last night and immediately ran into problems.

Im not sure how it is on other years but in 89 the High and Low Pressure ports are located on the top of the compressor. Un fortunately the low pressure adapter that comes with the kit (and most kits from what Ive seen) is to long and when it atached I cant conect the charging equipment.

Has anyone else run into this? I think Im going to try and find a brass 90* to fit in there but I was wondering if maybe Im just slow and missing the obvious.
