Have a 94 xj parts jeep and a guy wants to buy the ax compressor for his 99 both have 4.0s has anyone ever looked into it are swapped one out like this from differences in years. If so I'd really apprecaited help on figuring out if it will work are not. Thanks Breyn

If its him wanting it dont worry about it. If he wants it I'd sell it to him, just make sure he knows exactly what year its from.

Check to see how/where the hose/manifold assembly connects to the compressor for the different years.

I think that they are different, Has he cross referenced the part numbers?

Yea that's what I'm going to do I also just did research myself on them they are both different part numbers the compressor and the start idk what's different about them but they have to be different hopefully when he puts them on his xj they work cause I will tell him all sales final
