Default AC compressor not gettng power.

Alright, went to a buddy's shop today, got the AC charged, went to turn the AC on and it does nothing. Anyways, after much work and research, here's where I am now. The relay is good, the compressor does work, I have tried jumping the compressor wire straight to battery and it does cut on. Also tried jumping the pressure switch and still no change. As for the relay, looking at the diagram pictured below, on my jeep, slot 1 is hot, slot 2 is a ground, slot 5 is a ground, and slot 4 (compressor wire) has nothing. Any ideas as to why the compressor is not cutting on. If I jump slot 4 to the battery, compressor cuts on. I can provide more info as needed.
