AC clutch won't engage
2000 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 6 cylinders
I recently changed the crankshaft position sensor, spark plugs, and fuel pump. Now that those have been changed my AC clutch doesn't seem to want to engage, and the check engine light is now on. I know that it works since I had it directly connected to the battery and it blew cold air. So that leads me to believe that there is some issue that I am not aware of.
When I had the engine codes read, the following were displayed:
I am not very knowledgeable about cars, so any feedback will be useful to me.

Now this check on the fuses. How would I go about doing that? Would the fuses be left in and I use a multimeter on them or should I take them out and use a multimeter.

I was moving the relays around a lot not sure where they started any more, I have no way to really check to see which are good.
