Abs pump running to much

Default Abs pump running to much

I got a 90 cherokee 4L and when i start it the ebrake light comes on and the check anti one when it warms up a bit they go off but i can hear the pump run for 10 secs off for 2 then repeats for as long as i drive it, the fluide is up and all the conections are tight as far as i can tell. any sugestions plz let me know thanks

so when i hold the breake pedal down and push it to the floor the pump and the anti check light will go off any one know why this might happen and when i first start it up the ebrake light and the anti check light come on the pump runs until it build pressure i guess then they both go off but the pump will run 12 off for 2 sec then back on and it just repeats this with relay is the abs one ?
