I have a 90 cherokee 4.0L and the abs pump will run for 10 sec or so then off for maybe 5 or 10 secs then back on. any i deas what might be goin on?. and can i just pull the abs ing fuse and run it with out the fuse in?

 

ABS light on?
Check your brake fluid level in the brake master cylinder reservoir and check under the rear seat, make sure the controller connection is tight.

 

no their is no abs light on or any lights on not even a check engine light on

 

the check rear anti light came on with the e-brake light then i shut it off and started it back up and they went away dunno whats goin on maybe a electrical gremlin

 

And the other 2 things I suggested you check??

 

oh sry ya their both full and theirs no leaks witch is wierd

 

I suggest you buy a repair manual from your auto parts store. I'm sorry I have no other suggestions but the repair book might.

thanks man i pulled the fuse and put it back i nnow the abs pump onlly comes on when i hit the brake just like before
