Ok, this is weird. When my 2000 is cold it starts just fine. If I turn it off then start it within about 10 min it starts fine. If I turn it off and let it sit for about 15-20 min it starts but runs very rough for the first few minutes. WTF???

I'll second the idea of heat soak. I had this happen on my last XJ.

How did you fix the problem? It starts up just fine it just runs rough for a couple of minutes.
