Default 99 XJ Classice 4.0L misfiring

I originally posted to reddit, thread here, and was refereed to post here.

The post i made on reddit is also below with my update on what i did:

So i have a 1999 Cherokee XJ Classic 4.0L 4x4 4dr automatic, and had it for about 5 months now.
When i bought it, the guy told me that one of the things that he fixed was the distributor cap and spark plug leads. Tonight while at work, i do pizza delivery, doing deliveries my engine starting misfiring pretty bad. To the point where idle was on the edge of stalling the engine. The check engine light came on, and i attempted to find where the problem was. I checked the spark leads, and they are all snug, the oil i just changed last week and used the same oil filter that came with my jeep. What i think it is, is either bad spark plugs or dirty injectors or both. So tomorrow im going to attempt to fix or find the problem by changing the plugs and getting some injector cleaner and see what that does. While im getting those parts, im going to see if i can get autozone to read the OBD error codes.
Also something to note. When i take sharp right turns, i have a sound coming from the gas tank area that sounds like something is either sloshing around, or if theres air in the fuel line or fuel pump. This just started with the misfiring. Could it be a failing pump in addition?

If its not that, or if i should also do something in addition, or do something else entirely, please leave a comment below. This is my only car and i need it.

I would tell you what my revs are like, but i have the retard dash cluster. You know, the cluster that only has the speedometer and fuel gauge and the rest is just a light indication.

Update:
UPDATE: I went to get the OBD-2 read and it said that the O2 front sensor was bad. I replaced it, with some improvement. The check engine light is still on, but it has somewhat stopped misfiring. Although I can still feel it. The sloshing noise was my muffler rubbing up against my drive shaft, so thats an easy fix. Fuel pressure is normal, around 45psi +/- 2psi and not consistent with the misfire.

What do you guys think is going on?
