I have a 99 4.0, I bought a transmission supposably out of a 98 which I have used before in a 99, But this one does not have a input speed sensor only 1 speed sensor on the rear of the transmission, I left the other speed sensor attached to the electrical wires and just hanging since there's nowhere to put it on this transmission... Can anyone tell me did all 98 transmissions have two speed sensors or did I get sold the wrong transmission? And if so will this one still work without that front speed sensor, The only reason I ask is because I have completed the job but now the Jeep has no spark and will not start only turns over, Please help! Am I going to have to take this transmission back out and find a different one
