My 99 4.0 cherokee is stalling out when I come to a stop, and is having trouble starting. I have to pump the gas at start other wise it wont start. I've replaced both o2 sensors, cap, plugs, rotor and wires which was no help. I also cleaned TB. The IAC, MAP SENSOR and TPS was recently replaced also. I have no vacuum leaks..It is also idling very rough. On start up it will idle at 950 for like 30 seconds then slowly drop down to around 500. If anyone has had this problem and was able to resolve please help.

 

Have you checked the fuel pressure ?
