99 cherokee sport tranny issues

99 cherokee sport tranny issues
Having intermittent problems with tranny in 99 cherokee sport 2wd 4.0
Reverse fine. All work when cold, as it warms I get slipping and won't engage any speed.
Fluids have been changed and are good. No check engine or codes. Gages have been a little weird lately.
Do I have a tranny prob or PCM?
