99 Cherokee 4.0 power problems and backfire

99 Cherokee 4.0 power problems and backfire
Just finished the motor swap and it fired right up no problem. I can rev it in park and that also is no problem but in drive the rpms are limited to around 3k and it's getting lots of backfire under load. Any ideas?
