Default 98 xj won't turn over

Tried 2 starters, replaced the battery cables, NSS, hot wire to the starter, ignition switch, battery, and it still won't start. Turn the key, and nothing happens, can jump the starter and starts right up.except the radio lights shut off like there's a short. Any help would be great. Thanks

jump start ok?. remove the solenoid wire and see if the lights dim when you jump it. sounds like a wire problem.

That fuse blew for a reason. It is likely that it will happen again. Going to have to get down to the root cause if it does.
