98 xj sport, non working driverside park lights

98 xj sport, non working driverside park lights
Recently bought a 98 xj sport, have been having problems with the electrical. The gauges will not work unless the headlights are on, also the driver side front an rear parking lights will not work.! Any ideas? (I checked all the fuses an replaced the headlight switch)
