Default 98 XJ head and rod questions

I'm putting new head bolts in and was wondering what the torque specs are on them. What are the torque specs for the rods. Thank y'all for any help in advance

For your 98, tighten in a pattern, I'll describe as center bolts of heads first and moving outwards, alternating between front and back and left and right. Might be best to google the pattern sequence of the 4.0. Torque head bolts in steps, 22, 45, 110 ft lb. For the #8 head bolt, that front driver side, this bolt is like a stud and outside of the rocker cover, final torque recommended is 100 ft lb., coat those threads with a sealant, all the others finish at 110. Connecting Rod Cap Nuts at 33, Main Journals at 80 ft lb. Also advise to buy a book as a guide as lots of assembly tips on where to assembly lube and sealants, torques on additional parts.
