98 classic 02 sensor

I have read so many things on here about 02 sensors. My jeep hesitates on ecceleration, I can gass threw it and drive fine till I shut it off. then again. New cat,02 sensors and muffler + a tune up. cel comes on and it runs fine. I don't get it. Any info on what I can do will be greatly appreciated.

It throw p0135, I changed to an ntk and cleared the code and it still ran horrible. As soon as the monitors come back up the cel comes on and it runs fine again. I can't figure it out.
