Default 98 Cherokee window washer pump
I gotta replace the pump in my 98. You got to take off the tire then the inner fender, then what ?

unplug harness and hose, pop it out, then back in...reverse removal procedure

Never replaced one either Although I need to replace mine since it don't work has just never been high on the priority list.
