My son has a 98 Cherokee with the 4.0 engine. It turns over but does not start. Took it to a mechanic and he says it needs a new computer module. Cost of a refurbished one is $500. My question is should I purchase a good used one off ebay or junkyard and take my chances. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
