WELCOME!

I see your CEL is on. Get it scanned. Might show the issue/issues.

the 700, 705 and 1899 codes will be cleared once you clean the NSS (neutral safety switch) there are a ton of write ups on cleaning it.

Not really. Your throttle body and IAC may need cleaned. The IAC may need replaced even after cleaning.

The throttle body is pretty clean, but I didn't check the IAC. I'm going to check that and I hope it works. Thanks. Gonna keep you guys updated

So I cleaned the throttle body and the IAC and the car still have the same problem. The weird thing about the car since it started to do like that I started to smell a gasoline smell after I shut it off. I don't know if there is a problem with the fuel filter or the fuel pump.

I would also check the Coil too. It may be cracked and need replacement.

the car slightly better after I clean the throttle body and IAC. And I cleaned all the electrical connectors. The car still rev hard at idle, but didn't die, and I noticed black smoke from the exhaust.
