Default 98 2dr Driveline

Need some advice guys... When ever I take off from a stop or sometimes come to a stop, I feel a clunk in the driveline, but usually after driving it for a while. It doesn't do it after sitting overnight. I just looked at both driveshafts and there's some play in both of them when I twist them left and right. About a year and half ago, I took it to a jeep shop and the mechanic took out the rear driveshaft, cleaned it,sprayed some kind of graphite on it, installed a new strap bolt kit and it worked fine. He did mention that it would eventually start happening again and It would need to be replaced. So I went back to see him and of course he's gone now...And the shop was talking about replacing other stuff, So I figured I would get some input here first.
