'97 XJ Power Window/Lock problems
My '97 has developed some window problems on the passenger side.
First to go was the rear passenger window. Will go down but not up.
Same issue regardless if using Driver's master switch or switch on that door.
Then today, the front passenger window developed the same issue.
No symptoms prior to failure. They just suddenly refused to go up. (which is why I think it's NOT wiring)
*Not the motors. Working fine with direct power from battery.
On the lock side of things, the Driver's master lock switch will unlock all doors but not lock any.
Any ideas? I'm suspecting relays, but I wanted to pick your brains.
Where are the relays located?

Oxidized contacts in the door switching mechanisms. Fine detail work, but can be disassembled, cleaned, reassembled. Takes about 3/4 hour per door. Take note or picture while u disassemble for reference later.

Could very well be, but:
Why only "UP" affected?
Why both the affected door and the Drivers master switch with no "UP", at the same time?
Why no symptoms prior to failure?
That's why I suspect relays.
Thanks for replying!

Use a volt meter and check for power on both sides of the switch when activated. If no power the problem is probably in the rubber sleeve between door and body.
