It's a little low, I think the minimum oil pressure at idle is 13psi. Looks like you're closer to 10. The 2nd picture doesn't look bad, I think mine sits on the other side of the 40 though, closer to 50.

How many miles on the engine and what oil/filter are you using?

I have about 114k miles. I'm using rotella t5 oil and a wix oil filter the bigger one

I have about 170k on the clock and mine has had the exact same oil pressures as you for about 60K miles.

Minimal oil consumption, near zero coolant loss, and the motor has seemed healthy for the past few years.

Its a little lower than ideal, but as long as you aren't idling for long stretches it should be just fine. Running pressure is perfect so that is a plus.

Rotella T6 bumped my pressures back up, but they still drop to around 15psi when at a really hot idle (in the summer). Winter I barely see below 25psi at idle since it doesn't heat up much.

Hmm could just be slightly worn bearings, or just an old sending unit giving you a slightly inaccurate reading. You wouldn't really know for sure without hooking up a mechanical gauge.

The T5 and Wix filter shouldn't give you a problem with oil pressure, pretty sure that's 10w-30 right?
