Default 97 cherokee misfire codes cly 1 and multiple
I"ve been having issues with these codes forever can't pass inspection, I changed the whole distributer ,cap, rotor , wires , plugs no change runs much better but still the codes are coming up

Have you tested the fuel pressure at the fuel rail?

Should be 49 +/- 5 psi.

Might want to do a compression test on those cylinders as well.
