Default 97 Cherokee Bucking and Sputtering...

Any help appreciated...
The xj (manual transmission) is bucking and sputtering real bad..
I replaced 02 censors, idle control, temp sensor, wires, and all of the obvious solutions....I have come to the conclusion that it is a possible bad ECM..
Where is the ECM located ? I thought it was under the seat.. I took the seat out and the sticker on what I thought was the ECM says "control module for "AIR BAG"...

Also code reader says : P1899 and P1698

I think the ECM is in the front driver's side of the engine compartment. How about the MAP sensor or the TPS?
