97 Cherokee 4x4 grinding and popping out

97 Cherokee 4x4 grinding and popping out
I have a 97 Cherokee 2 door 4x4. When i shift the 4x4 into 4hi it goes fine, but when I start driving it pops out and makes a winding sound when I accelerate. Also sometimes when i shift it in and out of 4 lo it grinds
