96 xj lift

hi i would like your advice on a lift i'm planing on purchasing for my 96 cherokee and its a 4.5inch add a leaf from rustys offroad and im wondering what lower control arms would be best. fixed? adj forged rubber end? or adj forged flex end?

For 4.5", short arms are still ok. Long arms are best of course but more $.
I have the x-flex adjustables and I'm happy.
Ironman is also a good place to look. He's a vendor here and there's alot of happy members here w/his stuff. I was going to get his arms, but found a better deal on the x-flex at the time.

Ok all I know is that the rustys lift come standard with fixed lower control arms and then they have the upgrade flex arms for almost $80 which I thought was a good deal but I haven't done much shoping around. Thanks for all the help in such short time.
