i have a 96 cherokee sport, changed the relay, changed the fuel pump, no fuel pressure, i have no clue what else to do

 

Please tell me, did you check spark first? A few things can cause that. Do you have power at the fuel pump?

 

Do you hear the fuel pump run when turning the key but not engaging the starter? If not, its not getting power.

Did you check the fuel filter? Its inboard along the LH side frame rail near the rear axle on a '96.

 

had spark, started on ether, hadpump, changed pump and filter, had power going to the pump, turned out the wires running between the pump and the conecter near the fuel pump were cut somewere from bottoming out, re-connected all the wires and were good now, thank you
