96 cherokee keeps blowing 30amp fuse under hood

Engine: 4.0
Is that 30 amp green fuse for your 02 sensor? My jeep is a 1996 and every time the o2 sensor gets disconnected or even a little it will blow that fuse. My 02 sensor got caught on the drive shaft once and since then i have the new sensor jus conncted with a little twisting and electrical tape. And zip ties lol
Also like to add it would not start until i replaced that fuse then it would turn on like nothing
