96 cherokee, 4.0. no turn signals, brake lights or flashers.. help please

My 96 cherokee has none of the above! I checked all the fuses, wiring looks good.. What else could cause all three to not work? Could a brake light switch be the culprit?

I do have markets and tail lights with the headlight switch on
