95 XJ - Ignition Switch Fail - How To Bypass ???
So here is the situation ......
Turn key to ON ------ NO LIGHT
Turn key to crank and release ---- Cranks, Fires, DIES
Turn Key to crank - release just enough to stop starter - starts and RUNS
Bottom line, the ignition switch is bad ---- I need to know HOW DO I BYPASS this easy enough to get it back home?
Should be simple enough --- I do not want to yank out the ignition switch and hotwire it like I stole it.
Where can I put a jumper to power up the circuit???????
