95 cherokee passenger side marker only comes on when i turn on blinker. dash light for passenger side blinker stays lit. bulbs good. drivers side functions all good whats up

 

start with refreshing the ground

 

did that got lights working brown wire right blinker light shorted out now no blinkers or hazards lights on dash and outside lights no longer work blinker mechinism still blinks slow then stops what did i fu fuse blew replaced it but still no blinker lights please help truck ready to go
