Default 95 4.0 in a 2000 XJ?

Can I use a 95 4.0 in my 2000 XJ? Can I use my 0331 head on the 95 block?

yes to both. Use the 95 longblock with your 2000 head, sensors, intake and exhaust, and ecu. If the 95 comes out of a truck with a different transmission you'll have to swap the flexplate also.
