Default 94 XJ TPS, PCM, etc problems

I have a 94 Cherokee sport w/police pkg. It has a 24 error code (TPS Hi or Low Voltage). I have changed the TPS and put on a remanufactured pcm. It runs fine, but stutters while accelerating, it will not Kick-down and it is trying to stall at a stop light (occasionally). What to do?
The engine code does NOT show at start-up, but comes on with-in 2 seconds of starting to drive away and stays on. what to do now folks?

i GET APPROX 4.96 VOLTAGE ON TWO OF THE three WIRES ON THE CONNECTOR TO THE TPS. WITH IT UNPLUGGED AND THE KEY ON. i HAVE ALSO ORDERED A MOPAR TPS INSTEAD OF THE AUTOZONE ONE I HAVE NOW.

I'd pay close attention to the wires to the TPS. Maybe see if that voltage changes if you giggle things around. "high voltage", with an 02 sensor can be the 12v heater wire making contact with the lower voltage "signal" wire's. Maybe also take a look at Cruisers info on grounds found in my signature. Your TPS is different for sure, but plenty of the ground stuff just might help.

Default TPS = BS

I am STILL fighting this hi/lo TPS voltage fault. Have replaced the TPS twice (2nd was a chrysler product, had my PCM rebuilt and am currently trying to eliminate a wiring short as the problem. Anybody have any insight about the wiring? Where do the 3 TPS wires go? Yes I can read a schematic, But i am hoping that someone else has been here before so I don't have to re-invent the wheel. HELP !!!!

I had a pretty similar problem. Ended up being a bad wire in the harness. Try a jumper on the purple w/ white wire out of the TPS to the PCM.
