Default 94 Grand Cherokee 4.0L shakes at stop

Over the past few months my 1994 Grand Cherokee has started shaking more and more when stopped. The shaking is less in Park, more in reverse where I sometimes worry it will stall and moderate in drive. The problem comes and goes from stop to stop, sometimes is shakes, sometimes not.

I have already:
1. changed the sparkplugs and wires
2. cleaned the throttle body, which was a little sooty but not bad
3. cleaned the distributor
4. visually inspected the transmission mount (it seems fine, supple rubber and I cannot move the tranny around.
5. did a visual on the motor mounts which seem to be fine (I am no mechanic)
6. ran Lucas Miracle Juice in the fuel to see if that would help.
7. wept
8. posted this post.

Any other things I should try before I pull out the big checkbook?

Sam

Do a compression test, you may have a valve or two that aren't sealing too well at idle.
