Have a transfer case from an older xj. But the wire from the speedo to the speed sensor doesnt match up. The sensor on the transfer case is a two prong connection but the wire from the speedo is a three prong. Dont know what to do. The sensor works fine. Can i just get a wire from the speedo to the sensor from an older xj? Or is there a 3 prong sensor that i can just screw onto the transfer in the place of the 2 prong?

I would think a guy could swap the two prong sensor with a 3 prong one. What I am gonna do when I convert my MJ to 4wd is just pull the electric sensor and swap it with the 88' speedo cable on my MJ. Looks pretty simple to swap, just remove a bolt I think. So since you have a TC from an older XJ, do you still have the one that originally came with your XJ or was it 2wd? Either way I think you could still swap the sensor out.
