Default '93 zj 4.0 4wd Sputtering acceleration, then no acceleration at all.

Over the past week or so my acceleration has gone from jerky/sputtering to as if I am driving with one foot on the brake. The RPMs are there, the transmission is shifting at the RPMs it normally does. When I brake it's as if I need to replace the front pads --loud squeals while braking, when I brake hard my wheels lock up, etc But, I just went to change them today and I have plenty of wear left on them.

I don't think it's a throttle/fuel delivery system issue.
Things I've tried.
-New fuel filter
-cleaned the heck out of the throttle body
-Replaced the Throttle position sensor
-Checked/cleaned the distributor Cap/Rotor
-Cleaned all connections relating to fuel delivery

How would I go about checking the Master Cylinder?
Any Ideas would be extremely helpful.
Thanks.
