Is there a trick to getting new headlights to sit perfect after installation? I just got headlight replacements and when I put one on its pointed all funny and looks nothing like the other, and I put it in the same way it came out using all the hardware and etc, please help!

 

There are adjusters. I have never had an issue with "re-install"

I installed HID Projectors and didnt have any issue.

 

You sure the bulb itself isn't upside down?
There are these sort of "feet" on the reflector that rest on notches in the metal shell.
If the bulb is set in the shell wrong, or it's the wrong bulb, it won't sit right in the shell.

 

You must have inadvertently loosened the directional adjustment screws. Outside screw and top screw not attatched to the lens housing. Check em.
