Well here is the deal....my 93 has been acting a little weird here as of late and what i mean by that is I have to keep the throttle open to start it. Then the other day I got in it to start it and the the thing fired up ran at high rpm for 5 sec and dies. I changed the fuel pressure reg, the crank sensor and the fuel pump. After I changed the fuel pump it would start up and the idle great for about 30 secs and died. I have good fuel pressure but after it starts it the fuel pressure gauge is jumpy but its about 30 psi. This is really frustrating so any help would be appreciated. It also had new plugs and wires and cap and rotor. And has a new fuel filter.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Its going to be hard to do that if its not running tho so you will just have to take a look around and make sure its not busted nowhere or just came undone.
Also jumpy gas pressure could mean its simi clogged up so its just running till it runs out of gas.

Your fuel pressure is a little low, it should be 39psi. But I don't think that it is low enough to cause that much of a problem like you have. Unless the pressure drops off once it does run. I would say to connect the pressure gauge and try to start it and see what the pressure does. I would start with the TPS. I know that you said you replaced it but where did you get it from. Our XJ's are terrible for not working correctly with aftermarket sensors. You my want to take it back and get an OEM one if it's an aftermarket one. Just something to look into.

I put a new fuel filter on it and changed the line going to it. I also changed the high side line. The fuel pressure is at 40 psi with key on engine off. Once the pump primes the system with the key in the on position with the engine off in drops down instantly. When I fire the engine it starts up and then the fuel pressure drops. The only thing that I haven't messed with is the fuel injectors. Could one be stuck open? I checked the resistance to make sure one was not shorted and they all checked at 15 ohms.
