so hopefully my friend sells me his 92 Cherokee xj, he said it has 31's right now with a 2.5in lift but thats not enough for me

i want to put 33x12.50x15 on it, what im wondering is what kind of lift i should go with, im looking to spend around 400-600 and since i have a mechanic shop i can do the labor myself

i was advised by a few friends to look at:
rubicon express superflex 3.5"
Cherokee XJ 4.5" Rough Country Lift Kit
and the skyjacker 3in lift

my friend with the 3in lift said he had to do some trimming and now he doesnt rub, other friend has the 4.5in lift and he said he trimmed but he rubs a lot

this is the first jeep im gonna have so i dont know much about size lift and what to do with, anyone have any advice?
