on my xj i have the chrome handles, and im looking to swap to the black handles, i was wondering if anyone has changed the handles before, and if the front work for the back and vice versa, looked around at a few websites, and the description on some says driver front, or some say driver front or back,

cheapest ones i found were on rockauto, but they only sell front handles not rear, and was wondering if anyone had expierience, if the front ones would work on the back doors,

i do believe that they do work front to back but not from drivers side to passenger side. also why change from a metal handle to a cheap plastic one?

I'm interested in those handles if you want to sell them

i just rather the look of the black handles over the chrome, will probably be changing out my mirrors as well, to get away from the chrome, dont think the lil handle to function them works properly anyway,

I have a 1991 XJ and I am looking for Chrome handles. I am painting my XJ that dark blue like the color ford uses, and the chrome will look great. I can't find the chrome ones anywhere. Look on E-Bay they have a lot of the black ones for ya.
