92 xj dies when running
4.0L it runs strong but if you rev it and let off it dies as the toms drop. No vacuum leaks. I have charged fuel filter plugs wires cap air filter and oil and filter I'm thinking it could be the idle air control valve what is yalls option?

I drove it for about 2 hours the other day and I shut it off to get some parts and when I went to start it it ran for 5 mins or so then died and cranked back upand died on my way home and it sat for a good hour and then started back up after Beating the starter and it ran fine all the way home

I cleaned the iac and it runs 1000 times better it runs without dying but still feels like it has some hesitant but will drive it feels like it has one heck of a miss but I think it's my cap and rotor not making a good connection those are the only things I have not replaced yet and it only misses under heavy throttle
