I've had this girl for about 6 years now, and Im tired of hearing my kids cry about lack of ventilation!! LOL. The vents are under the arm rest and below the cig. ash tray. They only blow "weakly" with the heat on. Crushed lines, or just the way it is?

 

vent tubes probably came off, or crushed.

 

Try it on floor setting. Mine blows a lot of air when it is, almost nothing on any other setting.
