Default 92 Manual XJ, Low & Rough Idle/sputtering

Hello All,

I recently have been experiencing some low idle, rough idle and sputtering in my 92 XJ. I did the key trick and got Codes: 21, 22, 24 & 31. I had an brand new extra TPS and replaced the old one. The Idle and sputtering got worse on start up. I was thinking it could be CPS again?? I checked fuel filter and the fuel looked pretty clean, no slugged or dirt. Maybe fuel pressure? But I don't have a gauge to check the pressure... I will check the plugs, Dis cap & rotor, before buying a new CPS. What else can cause rough idle? Can Codes: 21, 22 & 31 cause it to run rough? Help, she's my DD!!

Cheers!
Steve

Ok, so far I've replaced the TPS, CPS, Temp Sensor, Distributor Cap, Rotor, cleaned grounds and cleaned sensor connectors with electronic cleaner. It runs a lil smoother but still bogs and sputters. Next is to check fuel pressure or change Fuel Pump. Would an Intake Leak cause this problem too? I recently installed an APN header. Could it be dirty injectors? I also have a set of Neon 703 injectors I can install. Any ideas??

It was a line that comes off the top/rear of the intake manifold and connects to another plastic piece that attaches to the top middle of fire wall, behind and to the right of the valve cover.
