92 Jeep XJ Instrument Cluster Swap Volt Gauge Doesn't work
I swapped my 92 dummie gauges for a 96 cluster with a tach, I currently have all the gauges operating except the volt gauge it is stuck at 9 volts, I tried replacing the volt gauge with a new one from 4 wheel parts, and I still have the same problem, Has anyone encountered this problem, or can anyone please help me out?

I did the gauge swap recently in my 95 and I get the exact same behavior with the volt gauge. My tach also is completely inaccurate.
It's not a big deal to me, I primarily wanted the temp and oil. If my alternator goes bad it won't blow up my engine.
