I have a 1991 xj sport. I had a issue yesterday where I drove it but the coolant temp gauge wasn't reading. It didn't overheat but I found a leak on the thermostat housing I plan on replacing the hoses and the thermostat and the housing if it's cracked and the temp sensors I'm not sure if there is more than the one on the housing. But when I lifted the hood there was coolant splashed on the passenger side of the hood in the back and I can't seem to find a leak there.

But also I'm not sure if I need to drain the radiator to replace the thermostat.
