Just to clarify, are you saying that the climate control blower comes on but the air coming out is cold? Or that the blower doesn't come on at all?
If the blower is working, I'd check your coolant first. If the coolant level is good, then it must not be flowing. Check this vid on the heater control valve:
That would be the next place I'd look. After that, I'd look at the water pump. Though if it was the water pump, I'd expect you'd know it was bad unless you only take very short trips. Good luck!

Check the vacuum reservoir behind the right side of the front bumper for cracks and if the hose is connected and check the small black vacuum line that comes out of the firewall near the A/C line connections to see if it is connected to its vacuum source.
