90 xj not starting and can't figure it out

Trailing edge of dist. rotor lined up with no.1 on cap. Have to play with oil pump position sometimes.

Just a thought, mine had similar proublems and it turned out to be a fuel pump

My buddy checked fuel pressure it's getting good fuel pressure he says What does a noid light do
